Thank you for taking the time at looking at my blog.
The final music video, digipak and website are situated below this text and there is a label to it as well.
All other things have labels to them as well which are situated on the right hand side. We believe that we took a lot of time in the research and planning stages and we all feel it is strong in terms of how useful it was for the final music video. As well, my blog contains all my preliminary work we did in preparation to the main task.
I hope you enjoy browsing my blog!

What music means to me
Early childhood
The cardigans – Love Fool
This song instantly reminds me of my happy childhood as it always put a smile on my face. I first heard this song on the radio in the car with my mum. As soon as I heard it I loved it. From then on, every time I heard it I was so determined to learn the lyrics as I wanted to achieve something. After I did, I couldn’t stop singing it to the point it would drive my parents crazy with me singing it in the shower or anywhere appropriate. I still play it on my iPod now; it triggers me to remember the good memories.
Early Teens
Depeche Mode – Just can’t get enough
Having a love of films, I was bored one day and watched the film ‘son of rambow’ and this song was in it during the part where the students are dancing. Me and my sister found it very funny because the dancing was awful! We later found out the song name and played it to my dad; along with dance moves. He thought we were idiots (which we were because we looked so stupid.) As years passed we still do the iconic ‘Just can’t get enough’ dance moves till this day, not only to this song but to anything! It is now a song that I really love because it instantly lifts my mood as the pace and lyrics are fun and upbeat.
Today
Biffy Clyro – Many of Horror
Biffy Clyro are my favourite band of all time. I first heard this song on BBC radio 1 whilst I was sitting on my bed thinking how amazing this song is. This song is the reason why I got into the band in the first place. My love for them grew and grew, and so did the amount of songs I have of theirs on my iPod. I constantly play the album ‘Only revolutions’ that ‘many of horror’ is on. The album is pure perfection full of passion. I have played this song when I’m angry, sad, happy and other various emotions as it fits all situations, which after it has been played leaves me relaxed and positive. This song is the reason of my addiction and love I have for the band.
